The Music Series, featuring St. John’s Oratorio Chorus
The Music Series
Since 1990, the Music Series has presented annual performances of Handel’s Messiah each December, as well as other occasional concerts. The chorus rehearses for several weeks leading up to performances, making this opportunity possible for a wide variety of community singers.
The 2024 performances will be on Friday, December 6 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, December 7 at 4 p.m.
In order to continue these concerts free of charge, we welcome donations at ‘Give’ on this website, free will offerings at the performances, and through a new “Go Fund Me” option here.
Anyone interested in joining the chorus or supporting its performances is encouraged to contact us. Community members who wish to attend Music Series concerts can find updates on Facebook, or on our Special Events & Music Calendar.
